The last update on the tracker was January 08, that it entered our country but after that there's no update. My girlfriend and I was excited because of the beautiful ring but now she's getting upset because of the delays in delivery.

I had a lot of questions, they got back to me the same day every time. I didn’t like the color of the stone I got and asked for another, they were completely willing to let me send it back which I didn’t expect with it being custom. I got another that fit more what I wanted and it’s absolutely perfect! Shipping things back is quite expensive if you’re international but they will work with you and have beautiful worksmanship

Don’t be discouraged with production/shipping. It does take a bit of time for them to complete ring. I reached out to Aygun through their Etsy page during process and was reassured my ring was in the making/how far they were with it. Shortly after it was shipped out and delivered with in a few days. I was not disappointed. And she loved it.
