INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS
Flexible installment payment options are available for eligible purchases. There is no fixed installment period; however, all orders must be paid in full before shipment.
How Installment Payments Work
To begin production, an initial payment of 50% of the total order value is required.
Once the initial 50% payment has been received, our production team will begin working on your jewelry.
The remaining balance may be paid in installments. The order must be paid in full before shipment.
There is no fixed installment period; however, the order will not be shipped until the full balance has been received.
Sale Items
For items purchased from our Sale section, installment payments are calculated based on the full regular price of the item, before any promotional discount, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Production Time
Most made-to-order jewelry requires approximately 1–4 weeks for production.
Custom orders typically require 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity, specifications, gemstones, and customization required.
Production begins after the required initial payment has been received.
Shipping
Once production is complete and the order has been paid in full, the order will normally be dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Tracking information will be provided to the email address associated with the order once the shipment has been dispatched.
Cancellations
Because our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, cancellation requests are subject to our Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Please review the applicable cancellation terms before starting an installment payment plan.
Custom, engraved, personalized, or specially commissioned jewelry may be subject to additional restrictions.
