INSURED SHIPPING

YourAsteria orders are shipped using insured international shipping services and trusted carrier partners. Depending on the destination and shipping method, final-mile delivery may be handled by USPS, UPS, or another local carrier.

Eligible shipments are fully insured and may require a signature upon delivery.

If a package gets lost, stolen or in any other way ends up not being delivered to the customer, all our packages are 100% insured which means we will (in instances stated above) remake the product once more and deliver it in to the customer in a timely manner (after an official reply from the sender's mail).

The package will be sent without any extra expense to the customer.
