YourAsteria is an international fine jewelry ecommerce business operated by Your Asteria LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Business management, ecommerce operations, marketing, finance, and customer administration are conducted from Spain.

Our jewelry is handcrafted by our production team in Ukraine and shipped directly to customers in the United States and internationally.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Website

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our jewelry as accurately as possible, including product descriptions, dimensions, materials, gemstones, colors, photographs, and other specifications.

Because many of our pieces are handcrafted and made to order, minor variations may occur between individual pieces.

Natural gemstones may also vary in color, pattern, clarity, inclusions, and other natural characteristics. These variations are part of the individual nature of the stone and are not necessarily considered defects.

Product photographs may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, display settings, and the device used to view the website.

4. Made-to-Order Jewelry

Most YourAsteria jewelry is made to order.

Standard made-to-order jewelry generally requires approximately 1–4 weeks for production.

Custom orders typically require approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity and specifications of the piece.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on materials, gemstones, customization requirements, order volume, or other circumstances.

If you require an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Custom and Personalized Orders

We offer custom, personalized, engraved, and specially commissioned jewelry.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all relevant specifications provided for custom orders, including, where applicable:

  • ring size;

  • metal type and color;

  • gemstone selection;

  • engraving;

  • dimensions;

  • design details;

  • other customization instructions.

Once production of a custom, engraved, personalized, or specially commissioned piece has begun, changes may not be possible.

Custom, engraved, personalized, or specially commissioned jewelry is subject to additional cancellation and return restrictions as described in our Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy.

6. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency selected on the website unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Taxes, duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other applicable charges may apply depending on the customer's location and destination country.

7. Orders

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

YourAsteria reserves the right to conduct reasonable fraud-prevention and order-verification checks before beginning production or shipping an order.

9. Installment Payments

Installment payment options may be available for eligible purchases.

Where an installment arrangement is offered, the applicable payment schedule and requirements will be disclosed to the customer.

Orders purchased using installment payments must be paid in full before shipment.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Our jewelry is handcrafted by our production team in Ukraine and shipped directly to customers in the United States and internationally.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • customs processing;

  • carrier delays;

  • local holidays;

  • weather;

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses;

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

YourAsteria does not control customs authorities and is not responsible for customs processing delays.

Because much of our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, certain products, including custom, engraved, personalized, and specially commissioned jewelry, may not be eligible for cancellation or return.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Order Cancellations

Because production may begin shortly after an order is received, cancellation requests must be submitted within the time period specified in our Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if production has already begun or if the item is not eligible for cancellation under our policies.

14. Lifetime Warranty

Certain YourAsteria products may be covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

Warranty coverage is subject to the specific conditions, exclusions, and limitations stated in our Lifetime Warranty Policy.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, unauthorized modification, improper care, and other exclusions described in the applicable warranty policy may not be covered.

Fine jewelry requires appropriate care and maintenance.

Customers are responsible for following reasonable jewelry-care recommendations and any specific instructions provided with the product.

Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, cleaning, maintenance, or unauthorized repair may not be covered by a warranty.

16. Intellectual Property

  • graphics;

  • logos;

  • branding;

is owned by or licensed to YourAsteria or Your Asteria LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
