My boyfriend ordered this ring from your shop last December 2025. There were delays in delivery since it was made-to-order and shipped internationally. It took almost 3 months to arrive, which honestly made us upset at first. But to be fair, most of the delay happened in our country (PH). Our package was held in customs for quite some time, and local delivery also took longer than expected.
However, when we finally saw the ring and the sweet note that came with it—it truly made the wait worth it 🥹🩷 The ring is absolutely beautiful and looks so perfect on my hand.
My boyfriend initially left a 3-star review because of the delays, but when he saw the ring in person, he was genuinely so happy! He wanted to update his review, but since it couldn’t be edited, I created an account just to share our experience with the shop and give a well-deserved 5-star rating ☺️

The last update on the tracker was January 08, that it entered our country but after that there's no update. My girlfriend and I was excited because of the beautiful ring but now she's getting upset because of the delays in delivery.

I had a lot of questions, they got back to me the same day every time. I didn’t like the color of the stone I got and asked for another, they were completely willing to let me send it back which I didn’t expect with it being custom. I got another that fit more what I wanted and it’s absolutely perfect! Shipping things back is quite expensive if you’re international but they will work with you and have beautiful worksmanship
