We will repair your jewelry whenever it needs repairing for as long as you own it.

•  Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We recommend you obtain insurance for your piece for the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or getting damaged.
• Many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace it with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary, depending on what we have available.
• Clients are responsible for shipping costs for cleanings, inspections, and repair work. You are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping costs. Please check with your customs office about any fees that may be associated with having us repair your piece.

Production Time

Most of our jewelry is made to order and requires approximately 1–4 weeks for production.

The production time for custom orders is typically 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity and specifications of the piece.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee that every deadline can be accommodated, our team will do its best to meet your requested timeframe.

Rush orders may require upgraded shipping or additional charges.
