There are a few limitations to our warranty:

Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We recommend you obtain insurance for your piece for the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or getting damaged.
Many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace it with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary, depending on what we have available.
Clients are responsible for shipping costs for cleanings, inspections, and repair work. You are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping costs. Please check with your customs office about any fees that may be associated with having us repair your piece.

We didn’t get a confirmation email with a tracking number after we ordered it at first and eventually contacted support. They were super nice and got back to us the next day. We were informed all rings are hand made and will be shipped within a few weeks after being made (and then you receive a tracking number). Support was great and it arrived sooner than I thought. If you are considering purchasing a ring from this site I strongly recommend it! This is the most gorgeous ring I have ever seen!!! I never leave reviews but I wanted to leave this here for anyone that is unsure :)
