We gladly accept eligible returns.

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in unworn, unused, and original condition. All original documentation, including the GIA certificate where applicable, must also be returned with the item.
After 14 days, all sales are considered final.
Restocking Fee
Because our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This fee covers the labor associated with inspecting, resizing, cleaning, polishing, and preparing the returned piece.
If an item requires extensive cleaning, repair, or other work before it can be resold, a higher restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the item and the amount of work required.
Refunds
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The following shipping amounts will be deducted from the refund:

Orders up to $300: $15

Orders over $300: $30
A 20% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund.
Only the remaining product value will be refunded.
Example:
Product price: $100
Shipping deduction: $15
20% restocking fee: $20
Total refund: $65
Refunds are processed after the returned package has been received and inspected.
Return Condition
Returned items must be:

unworn and unused;
-
returned in their original condition;
-
returned in the original jewelry box;
-
accompanied by all applicable documentation and certificates.
YourAsteria reserves the right to refuse a return if an item is damaged, altered, used, or otherwise determined to be in a condition that prevents resale.
Returned or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us for reasons including:

the shipment was not collected from the carrier or post office;

an incomplete or incorrect delivery address was provided;
-
the local postal service or carrier was unable to complete delivery;
the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping fee before the order can be shipped again.
If the customer chooses to request a refund instead of having the order reshipped, the refund will be issued minus the applicable shipping fee and 50% of the item value.
Cancellations
Because our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase.

Custom, engraved, personalized, or specially commissioned jewelry cannot be cancelled or returned.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:
