We will repair your jewelry whenever it needs repairing for as long as you own it.
- Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We recommend you obtain insurance for your piece for the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or getting damaged.
- Many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace it with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary, depending on what we have available.
- Clients are responsible for shipping costs for cleanings, inspections, and repair work. You are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping costs. Please check with your customs office about any fees that may be associated with having us repair your piece.

Most of our jewelry is made to order and requires approximately 1–4 weeks for production.

This ring is absolutely beautiful. It was packaged nicely and I received it pretty quickly considering how far it had to travel. I do find that the gemstones are more bright green and do not have as much of the detail in them that I am looking for in a moss agate. I bought it to go with my engagement ring which is also a moss agate and they do not really look similar at all. The ring is still great quality and very stunning, just something to keep in mind if the detail of the agate is important to you!
