Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We recommend you obtain insurance for your piece for the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or getting damaged.
Many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace it with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary, depending on what we have available.
Clients are responsible for shipping costs for cleanings, inspections, and repair work. You are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping costs. Please check with your customs office about any fees that may be associated with having us repair your piece.

Most of our jewelry is made to order and requires approximately 1–4 weeks for production.

The ring is beautiful. My fiancée and I picked it out together for my engagement ring as I wanted something that was all amethysts. The tracking to my country was not the greatest (though that’s not at all the sellers fault) but it did arrive safe and sound within the timeframe specified. It arrived in a gorgeous ring box. It was a little daintier than I was expecting but other than that it was just as pictured (but in white gold as I’d ordered) very beautiful and excited to wear it for the rest of my life.
